Reflect and Reset Exercise

We heard the saying "survive 'til 25".

And for a lot of people it feels like we're still in survival mode as we approach 2026.


But I'm claiming the 2026 saying as "2026 is the year that (almost) everything clicks" 🌟


As the year draws to a close, there’s often a tendency to rush straight into goals, plans and new year resolutions.


But in order to get almost everything (let's be realistic) to click in 2026, there’s something far more powerful we can do.


Pause.

Reflect.

Acknowledge.

Integrate.


Reflection is not about judgement or productivity.


It’s about noticing....

  • What truly mattered?

  • What shaped you?

  • What are you proud of?

  • What stretched you?

  • What are ready to leave behind?

This 2025 Reflections & 2026 Aspirations Exercise is an invitation to do just that.


It gently guides you through:

  • Celebrating your wins, growth and highlights from 2025

  • Exploring the lessons, challenges and patterns that defined your year

  • Reflecting on relationships, values and personal growth

  • Clarifying what a thriving life looks like for you moving forward

  • Setting meaningful, values-aligned intentions for 2026


There’s no right way to complete it. You can move through it slowly over a few sittings, journal freely, or return to different sections as insights emerge.


My encouragement is simple: don’t rush it.


Create a little space.

Make a cup of tea.

Put your phone away.

And allow yourself to reflect honestly and compassionately.


Because when you put your wellbeing first, clarity, confidence and direction follow naturally and consistently.


Here’s to closing 2025 with gratitude and perspective on what you've navigated and achieved and stepping intentionally into 2026 (the year that almost everything clicks 🌟).
